Setting up your Voicemail Box:
From your cell phone dial *86 (send) and follow the user-friendly instructions. Please make sure that you make a note of your password (4 to 7 digit number). You will be able to store up to 20 messages for 14 days.
Retrieving your Messages:
From your own cell phone:
1. Dial *86 (send) to get your messages
2. If you would like to protect your message with a password, select option 4
3. Select option 4 again to turn off your by-pass
From another cell phone or local land line:
1. Dial your cell number
2. Once you hear your own message, press (*)
3. Enter your password
From overseas:
1. Dial 1-441 (from Europe, dial 001-441) + your cell number
2. Once you hear your own message, press (*)
3. Enter your password
Helpful tips:
• Press 1 to listen
• Press 7 to delete
• Press 9 to save
Retrieving your Messages Online:
1. Click the below button to go to our online portal:
2. Select "Log on - Check Voicemail"
3. Enter your 10 digit voicemail number without brackets, dashes or spaces, e.g. 4417007000
4. Enter your voicemail password
5. Select the "Messages" tab
6. Select "Open" under the "New Message" heading or under the "Saved Messages" heading to hear the applicable message
7. Select "Delete" at the bottom of page to erase message if needed
Receive your Messages via Email:
1. Visit www.cellone.bm
2. Select "Log on - Check Voicemail"
3. Enter your 10 digit voicemail number without brackets, dashes or spaces,
e.g. 4417007000
4. Enter your voicemail password
5. Select the "Personal Info" tab
6. Enter your email address in the " Email Address " field
7. Select "Update" to save this information
8. Select the "Message Settings" tab
9. Enter a check mark in the box labeled
"Email Notification: Attached Voice Messages"
10. Select "Update" to save this information
11. Select "Exit" to finish the session
