Getting Started:

Please review these instructions before taking any action.

STEP 1: Ensure all your contacts are saved to your phone and not the SIM card.

How to Save Contacts: If your contacts are stored on your SIM card, you will need to SAVE them to your PHONE to avoid losing any information. On most phones, simply select CONTACTS, select all contacts, then SAVE to PHONE. If this is not the process that matches your phone, our Customer Care reps will assist you when you call in to process the SIM exchange.

NOTE: BlackBerry and iPhone contacts are already saved to the phone

STEP 2: You and/or the authorized user(s) of your account should call us at 700.7007 at a time that is convenient between the hours of 8:30am and 9pm, Monday to Saturday. We recommend using a landline or any phone not attached to the account being processed.

ONLY when advised by the Customer Care Representative, remove old SIM card and insert new one.

NOTE: You may have to remove the phone battery in order to locate the existing SIM card.

STEP 3: Remove current SIM card from slot.

 

 

 

 



STEP 4: Insert new SIM card into slot.
