Checking Your Account with CellOne’s Prepaid Service
- Dial #8255 from your cellular phone & press [send]; Press 1 to hear your current balance; Press option 4 to hear your package dollar amount and due date.
- Dial 777-8255 from a landline; when prompted, enter your 10 digit cellular number [4417XXXXXX]; next, enter your access code [provided by the CellOne Customer Care representative].
Top Up…Before Due Date
Add money to your account ahead of time and your account will automatically replenish the following month.
Top Up…After Due Date
Once you have added sufficient money to your account, dial #8255 from your cellular phone; Press option 4 then option 2 which activates your package. Additional money will be required for the following:
- Local minutes - text messaging
- Long distance calls
- International text messaging
- BlackBerry® data
Prepaid Voicemail
Retrieving messages:
- From your cellular phone: Dial *86 (send) and follow instruction. Please make a note of your password (4 to 7 digit number).
- From another cell phone or a local land line: Dial your cellular number. When you hear your own message, press * and enter your password.
- From Overseas (landline): Dial 1-441- your cellular number. When you hear your own message press * and enter your password.
